Confirmation of bookings: We will reply to the electronic mail address you have supplied to confirm if To the Beach…on Newell is available for the dates you requested. Alternately, written confirmation will be sent by fax or post.

Deposit Required: If To the Beach…on Newell is available, a booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable deposit. A deposit of 25% of the total tariff is required before we firmly allocate your reservation, and we will request this deposit at the time of confirming availability. Deposits can be paid by Direct Deposit or cheque. If your deposit is not received within 7 days of our confirmation of availability, we reserve the right to allocate any reserved dates to another party without any further reference to you.

Balance Due: The remaining 75% of the total tariff is required, in full, no later than 30 days prior to your arrival at To the Beach…on Newell.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be advised in writing and ALL cancellations are charged an administration fee of AU$100.00.

• If your stay is cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival, the remainder of your deposit will be refunded in full within 7 days .
• Should you need to cancel 31-59 days prior to planned arrival, your deposit, less administration fee, will be refunded only if we are able to re-let To the Beach…on Newell for the dates of your reservation.
• If your cancellation is advised 30 days or less prior to confirmed arrival date, deposit and all other funds paid are non-refundable.

Minimum Stay and Inclusions:

• To the Beach…on Newell is available for stays of 5 nights or more, only.
• Check in is from 2.00PM on day of arrival. Check out is no later than 10.00 AM on the day of departure.
• Tariffs shown are applicable for up to 6 guests, and extra guests including children are charged at AU$50 each per night.
• Accommodation is provided on a “room only” basis.
• To the Beach…on Newell is available for private use only
• The beach house is not available for weddings, parties, or functions of any kind.

Validity: All tariffs are subject to change without notice, and are only valid for the dates shown. Guest bookings are protected against any increase in rates once the relevant deposit and final full payment is received.
